What to expect
We answer most messages within two working days. If you have written about a broken or missing file, say which product it is and we will get the files to you as quickly as we can, usually the same day.
Things worth writing about
A file problem. It will not download, will not open, or something is missing. Tell us the product name and we will fix it.
A printing question. Sizes, margins, paper, tablets. We would rather explain it than have you waste ink working it out.
Licensing. You want to use a Rootlyn tool with clients, a class or a group. Tell us what you are doing and we will talk it through.
An idea. There is a moment in your life that nothing here addresses. This is the most useful message you can send us, and several products started this way.
Something we got wrong. A mistake in a page, a claim that reads badly, a sentence that landed the wrong way. We would genuinely rather know.
