We will, eventually. Everyone who publishes does. What matters is what happens next.

How to tell us
Write to studio@getrootlyn.com with the page and the part that is wrong. You do not need to be polite about it or explain why it matters. If you are right, we would rather know today than keep publishing it.
What we do about it
Plain factual errors are fixed as soon as we have checked them, usually the same day. A wrong number, a wrong name, a link that goes somewhere it should not.
Anything that changes the meaning of a page is fixed and noted. A correction line appears at the bottom of that page saying what was wrong and when it was put right, so nobody has to wonder whether they read the old version.
Anything that could affect someone's wellbeing comes down first and gets fixed afterwards. If a page reads in a way that could push somebody in a direction we never intended, it is unpublished within the hour and returns only when it is right.
We do not quietly rewrite a page and pretend the earlier version never existed.
Pages we update because things change
Some pages are corrected, and some are simply kept current. Where guidance, links or research move on, we update the page and change its last reviewed date rather than leaving stale writing in place with a new article stacked on top of it.
What we will not do
We will not remove a page because someone dislikes its conclusion, and we will not change what a page says in exchange for a link, a payment or a partnership. Corrections are for accuracy, not for pressure.
Credit
If you tell us about a mistake and you would like to be credited on the correction, say so and we will name you. If you would rather not be, we will not.
